Free inter-hospital transport

There is a free Hospital Shuttle between Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Bassetlaw Hospital, which runs every hour, Monday to Friday, between 7.00am and 6.00pm. For more information call 01909 502424 or click here.

A second Shuttle Bus runs between Montagu Hospital and DRI. To guarantee a seat on this bus, there is a freephone booking service: 0800 953 66 33 on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Out-of-hours, there will be an answerphone; staff will return the call.

Park & Ride

A free Park & free Ride scheme for hospital staff, patients and visitors runs between Doncaster Racecourse, Car Park 'A' on Leger Way, Doncaster and DRI, Gate 3, (Outpatients & Emergency entrances) Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 6.30am and 10.00pm.

The bus journey normally takes 7 - 10 minutes.

Please allow adequate time to park your vehicle and ride up to the hospital in good time for your appointment.

Hospital Security staff are on duty at the Park & Ride car park during operating hours.

New car parking charges came into effect on 1st April 2016. 

Parking eneforcement is in operaiton across all our sites with a penalty notice of £60.
